Dry-aged ribeye steak
200 g
coarse sea salt
1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Take the steak out of the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling to bring it to room temperature.
  2. Grill the steak on the grill plate with the ribbed surface facing up.
  3. After the automatic program, remove the steak and wrap it with aluminum foil and rest for 5 min.
